Our Policies

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

 Please Note: You are subject to be charged in FULL if you miss your appointment. If you cancel within 2 hours or less of your appointment time, you are considered a no show and are subject to be charged in FULL.  You are subject to be charged 50% of your total service cost if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. 

We do understand that things happen, and people get sick. However, when there are last minute cancellations, the service providers do not have the opportunity to schedule other clients. 

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.

This is a serenity space and we do not allow children in the spa at any time. Unless a minor is receiving a service, then a parent or adult must accompany them to their appointment. 

We do not provide services to anyone under 16 years of age. 

We do not allow any guests into the spa unless they are also receiving a service.
