Our Policies

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 3 hours of service time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price. 

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice, there is no fee.

Arriving more than 5 minutes past the appointment start time will either require a service modification or rescheduling which will be determined by the technician. If you are not here for your appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 100% of the service price. Appointments may be rescheduled, however the fee still applies.

This is a serenity space and we do not allow children in the spa at any time. Unless a minor is receiving a service, then a parent or adult must accompany them to their appointment. 

We do not provide services to anyone under 16 years of age. 

We do not allow any guests into the spa unless they are also receiving a service.
