Our Policies

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

 Please Note: You are subject to be charged in full if you miss your appointment. 

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be taken off of the schedule and the time will be offered to other guests. If the time you had reserved is not taken, you will be charged 50% of your total service cost. Less than 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule will be considered a no show and the fee will apply. 

We do understand things can happen that are beyond your control. However, when there are last minute cancellations, the service providers do not have the opportunity to schedule other clients who  may be on a waitlist. 

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be asked to reschedule at the discretion of the service provider.  The service price will be charged in full.

This is a serenity space and we do not allow children in the spa at any time. Unless a minor is receiving a service, at which time  a parent or legal guardian  must accompany them to their appointment. 

We do not provide services to anyone under 16 years of age. 

We do not allow any guests into the spa unless they are also receiving a service.
