How old do I need to be to receive a service?

We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 16. We are happy to provide referrals to a local business who does. 

We have plenty of waxing experience and we do our best to make each client feel safe and comfortable. Everyone’s body is unique and eveyone can get waxed! This is a safe space!

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, it can cause discomfort but the sensation subsides in a few seconds. 

Tylenol or Ibuprofen can be taken 30 minutes prior to appointment time.

1/4th of an inch or 3 weeks of untouched growth!

We recommend every 4 to 6 weeks depending on your hair growth patterns. Every 4 weeks is most common!

We have complimentary wipes provided before each service to freshen up.

If you’re nervous about pain you can take a hot shower prior to your appointment to open up your follicles.

No excessive sweating or friction for at least 24 hours post wax! This means heavy workouts and sex! Your follicles will be slightly irritated and more prone to bacteria getting in freshly after a wax so it is best to avoid anything that can cause that bacteria to creep in. Loose garments are recommended to wear post wax!

You absolutely can! All you need to do is have a tampon or menstrual cup in at the time of service. If you would feel more comfortable rescheduling your appointment that’s okay too, just be mindful of our cancellation policy. 

No worries! Our staff is expertly trained in all things skin! You will be walked through the entire facial process from start to finish and all your questions can be answered during your consultation which is prior to your first facial treatment. Not sure which facial to book? Give us a call!

Brow laminations are a brow shaping treatment where we use professional product to perm and retrain the hairs to lay in a specific way. This allows us to shape your brows into a more desirable look based on our personalized mapping technique. 

While lamination redirects the hairs and gives them a new shape,  your brows will not be glued in place, you will be able to brush them like normal and it is actually recommended to brush and condition them daily!

It is important to not get your brows wet for at least 24 hours after a lamination or tinting appointment. This gives the products time to set into your brow hairs and not cause inconsistent results.
